- Prices are subject to change based on supplier costs, seasonal variations, and currency fluctuations.
2. Booking & Payment
- Most bookings require no advance payment or only 25% of the total package cost to confirm.
- For certain services such as tourist spot gate entry, 100% advance payment is required.
- Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments must be made only to the official company bank account or payment gateways listed on our website. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or accounts.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
4. Group Tours – Minimum Participation
- Group tours require a minimum number of participants to operate, which may vary by tour package.
- If the required minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled and a 100% refund will be issued.
5. Travel Documents & Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification, visas, permits, and other travel documents as required.
- ZOZOTOUR will not be held liable for denial of entry, boarding, or service due to invalid, expired, or missing documents.
6. Limitation of Liability
- ZOZOTOUR acts as a booking intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.).
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party service providers, weather, government actions, or unforeseen events.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the affected booking.
7. Force Majeure
- ZOZOTOUR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, or technical failures.
8. Changes to Services
- ZOZOTOUR reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or prices due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, customers will be notified, and suitable alternatives or refunds will be offered where applicable.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
